Deductive with respect to the past. Inductive with respect to the future. Alive in the present.

Inspired from the "ladder climbing" game invented in East Asia, where the elements used are treated as a sequence and transformed into a permutation. The elements in this poster are set to translate on reflecting one's path and discovering their future. Each symbol implies curiosity and peculiarity to invoke meaning, and contains one proverb from a range of multiple countries written on the back of it.

The general rule for playing this game is: choose a line on the top, and trace and follow this line downwards. When a horizontal or curved line is encountered, follow it to get to another vertical line and continue downwards. Repeat this procedure until reaching the end of the vertical line. The player takes one of the cards once they reach the bottom of the line.
